Production API access will be governed by a signed agreement, country context, credentials, supported contracts, security requirements, and conformance obligations.

Pre-launch document

Final terms will identify the responsible legal entity, effective date, applicable country law, application release, and verified contact details before they become binding.

No public credential

This website does not issue credentials. Access is granted only through an approved onboarding and contracting process.

Conformance and security

Integrators must use supported versions, bind requests to authorized institutions, protect credentials, respect purpose and consent, and implement required acknowledgement and error handling.

Protected information

Public interface documentation does not grant rights to PHX source code, internal rules, algorithms, mappings, test logic, security controls, or operational procedures.
