Identity and lawful retention
Deletion requests may require identity verification. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, clinical-safety, fraud-prevention, audit, or institutional obligations; the final workflow will explain those limits.
Health-worker accounts
Professional access may be suspended or removed while institutional identity, audit, and employment records remain subject to applicable retention rules.
